Departure

We will depart from the agreed pick up point with our luxury coach and experienced guide. Enjoy a morning break for tea / coffee and scones enroute to your first stop.

Kilkenny Road Train

What a novel way to see a city! You will pass by historical sites and listen to a commentary. The black and amber train departs from the castle and passes by attractions such as St. Canice’s Cathedral and Black Abbey. You will have time in the afternoon to revisit any site which was of particular interest to you.

The compact nature of this elegant and vibrant city means that a ramble through its passageways and streets will allow you to experience its bustling, commercial life. You will be able to purchase ‘anything from a needle to an anchor’. A variety of shops will provide ample shopping opportunities. Numerous restaurants and cafes offer a wide variety of
dining experiences.

Evening Meal

After a great day out, you will depart for your evening meal. Here you will enjoy a 4 course meal before returning home.
