Departure
We will depart from our designated pick up point, accompanied by an
experienced tour guide and on board our luxury coach.We stop at The
Carrickdale Hotel for our mid-morning tea / coffee and scones.

Hillsborough Castle
This Georgian mansion, home to the Northern Ireland Secretary of State,
is one of the most beautiful and interesting historic properties in Northern
Ireland. A tour of the house will guide you through the elegant State
Rooms, including the majestic Throne Room and the graceful Drawing
Room. When you wander through the beautiful gardens you will enjoy
ornamental grounds, peaceful woodland, meandering waterways.

Irish Linen Centre
The award winning ‘Flax to Fabric’ exhibition allows you to learn how
flax was grown, walk through a spinner’s cottage, see hand loom
demonstrations, chat to expert weavers and even try the spinning wheel
yourself. You can admire table linens, handwoven for royalty, as well
as, christening robes, bonnets, clothes and an amazing wedding dress
designed by Sybil Connolly. Visitors can also walk under the arches of
Lisburn’s Market House where local cottage weavers sold their cloth.

Evening Meal
Back to the Carrickdale Hotel in Dundalk for our evening meal. The hotel
is an extremely popular stopping point because of its excellent reputation
for food and service. After the meal we bring you back to the arranged
drop off point.
